To secure your booking we require a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation or 25% of the booking value, whichever is the greater.

We are happy to fully refund your deposit if you cancel 7 days or more prior to the first day of your booking. Deposits for cancellations with less than 7 days notice prior to the first day of your booking will be forfeited unless we rebook the room/s.

Our check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time is 11am. We are happy to welcome you earlier by arrangement. Please let us know if you expect to arrive later than 8pm.

We regret that Arcadia House is not suitable for small children or pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
